Standard Odoo doesn’t support complex procedures required in construction industry like Interim Certificate. Furthermore, it becomes very difficult to track all the documentation and operations in a large construction company like Signalgrad.

to better support customer’s business process by automating operations and documentation and track cost estimates
to create complex interactive reports for customer’s specific needs
to create a custom portal for team leaders on construction sites that can be used to track important info in real time
to be able to analyze real production cost before it happens
How we solved it
After analyzing all the requirements to support client’s business process we created several modules to automate operations like cost estimate encoding and at the same time provide all documentation required automatically. We’ve also created a modified UI to better suite smartphones for project leaders.
