Signalgrad: Custom modules for construction industry
Signalgrad is a leading manufacturer of traffic signalization and infrastructure. In addition, they are a construction company that specializes in large motorway/highway projects.
Client’s problem
Standard Odoo doesn’t support complex procedures required in construction industry like Interim Certificate. Furthermore, it becomes very difficult to track all the documentation and operations in a large construction company like Signalgrad.

How we solved it
After analyzing all the requirements to support client’s business process we created several modules to automate operations like cost estimate encoding and at the same time provide all documentation required automatically. We’ve also created a modified UI to better suite smartphones for project leaders.
